Why do I offer a free 20min phone call?

Individual
1 hr: $110 ($120 from July 1)
1.5 hr: $130 ($140 from July 1)

Concession
1 hr: $90 ($100 from July 1)
1.5 hr: $110 ($120 from July 1)
Health Care Card, Pension Card, Student Card

Couples:
1 hr: $140 ($150 from July 1)
1.5 hr: $160 ($170 from July 1)

Couples Package: $10 discount applied to sessions (excluding first session).
Consists of a commitment to: 3 initial couples sessions + 3 individual sessions per person + 3 follow up couples sessions (more can be added if needed).

Individual Supervision
1 hr: $110 ($120 from July 1)
1.5 hr: $130 ($140 from July 1)

Online Group Supervision - max 8
2 hr: $60 per person


Report Writing/Letter Writing/Character Reference
Must be booked and arranged in advance

Do you accept Mental Health Care Plans? 
Counsellors and Psychotherapist’s do not have access to Medicare rebates, so MHCPs are not required.

I encourage you to check with your prospective psychologist for any out-of-pocket expenses (gap) as there may be a cost involved. Not all psychologists bulk bill and unfortunately if they do, there is a substantial waiting time.

Our fees aim to mimic the out-of-pocket costs of most psychologists (less in most cases) and to ensure affordability.

Cancellation Policy
Clients are informed of the cancellation policy at the time of booking and acknowledge the need to pay a late cancellation fee. All clients will receive a text message reminder prior to their appointment to ensure there is time to cancel or reschedule appointments if needed.

Aim:
The aim of this policy is:
  • To reduce disruptions to clinic practices and the time needed to process late cancellations, late rescheduling and missed appointments.
  • To make sure that other clients on our waiting list do not miss out on the opportunity to access therapy.
  • Reduce income loss as a direct result of client cancellations, late reschedules and missed appointments. 
  • To reduce the level of late cancellations, late reschedules and missed appointments.
  • If for some reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please allow a minimum of 48 business hours’ notice via text or email.
  • Cancellation fees are 50% of the session fee for appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours or 100% of the session fee for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows.
